His International teaching program is the first of its kind to combine both pelvic
reconstructive and aesthetic principles together. He has trained many of the
world’s leading doctors and instructors in cosmetic gynecology and has
presented his techniques worldwide. He is co-editor of Female Cosmetic Genital
Surgery, Concepts, Classification and Technique, the seminal textbook for plastic
surgeons and gynecologists in this rapidly growing field. He is the Founder and
Chairman of CAVS (Congress on Aesthetic Vulvovaginal Surgery), the oldest
and longest running Congress dedicated to Aesthetic Vulvovaginal Surgery and
Female Cosmetic Genital Surgery. He is the inventor of the “Barbie Look” and
“Hybrid Look” Labiaplasty, Medial Curvilinear Labia Majoraplasty, Central and
Lateral Clitoral Hood Reduction, In-office No-IV Labiaplasty, Perineoplasty,
Vaginoplasty, Pudendo-Levator Block. He is the inventor and patent owner of
the Lone Star APS Vaginal Retractor, APS Surgical Table, Alinsod Scissors, and
various pelvic reconstructive devices and techniques such as Sling with Bladder
Support and Implants and Procedures for Treatment of Pelvic Floor Disorders.
Dr. Alinsod is the inventor of ThermiVa, a radio frequency device for
dermatologic conditions with specific use in feminine tissues. He heads Thermi’s
Clinical Advisory Committee for Women’s Health and the ThermiVa Center for
Physician Education. Dr. Alinsod also specializes in non-surgical labial and
vaginal tightening, treatment of stress incontinence, non-drug treatment of
overactive bladder, atrophic vulvovaginitis, orgasmic dysfunction, and vulvar
dystrophy. These disruptive and safer methodologies of treatments, developed
by Dr. Alinsod, are changing the face of gynecology for the benefit of women
worldwide.

His passion is breast and breast surgery in men and women, including mastectomy breast reconstruction. Long-term scientific cooperation with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and Tufts University allows you to develop and apply existing techniques and technologies such as 3D printing. The acquired knowledge and experience pays off innovative operational and therapeutic possibilities, ensuring greater safety of therapy. In his free time, he devotes himself to passions, mountain biking, snowboarding and painting.

Studia na Wydziale Lekarskim Warszawskiej Akademii Medycznej ukończył w 1995 roku, a w roku 2004 zdobył tytuł specjalisty w zakresie położnictwa i ginekologii. W roku 2011 uzyskał tytuł doktora nauk medycznych. Doświadczenie zawodowe zdobywał m.in. w trakcie pracy w Katedrze i Klinice Położnictwa, Chorób Kobiecych i Ginekologii Onkologicznej II Wydziału Lekarskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Warszawie, gdzie w latach 1997-2011 zajmował stanowisko starszego asystenta, a także prowadził wykłady dla polsko- i anglojęzycznych studentów wydziału lekarskiego. Od roku 2012 doktor obejmuje stanowisko ordynatora oddziału ginekologii i położnictwa Szpitala EMC Św. Anny w Piasecznie. Od roku 2015 pracuje w klinice Saskamed, którą współtworzy.

Najwyższy standard przeprowadzanych zabiegów ma dla niego znaczenie priorytetowe, podobnie jak komfort i bezpieczeństwo pacjentek. Dlatego regularnie uczestniczy w krajowych i zagranicznych konferencjach naukowych, szkoleniach oraz kursach z zakresu położnictwa i ginekologii operacyjnej oraz plastycznej, dzięki czemu swoim pacjentkom może zaoferować leczenie i zabiegi na najwyższym światowym poziomie, w zgodzie z najnowszymi osiągnięciami medycyny. Jako uznany specjalista dr Kuźlik regularnie uczestniczy w programach telewizji śniadaniowej, gdzie propaguje wiedzę na temat chirurgii miejsc intymnych, był również uczestnikiem popularnego programu „Sekrety chirurgii”, realizowanego w Klinice Chirurgii Plastycznej dr Szczyta przez telewizję TVN Style.
